Our council once again held our two fish fry events which thanks to the support of our parishioners, was a success! Through your generosity and hunger, we served 150 delicious fish dinners between the two Fridays (or Fry-days?). Kudos to our Brother Knights who provided all the labor to prepare and serve up all those tasty meals. A third deep fryer was purchased this year and was put to good use in improving throughput. For those of you who missed out, we’ll be doing it all again during Lent next year.
